Customer Care Management (CARM)

Open Logistix Systems offers its customers a Customer Analysis and Relationship Management module which enables an organisation to manage its interactions with its Contacts’ Comments, Enquiries and Complaints. CARM allows companies to achieve a greater ROI and is used by leading European companies including Sun Valley Foods and Walkers Snack Foods.

Contact Management

The system provides a comprehensive suite of functions to manage the logging of contact details, and allow the recording of actions against each contact. Contacts can be grouped and progressed by user-definable call types e.g. these could be Prospects, Customers, or Trade Contacts (totally user definable). UK and European Addresses can be verified and completed using the integrated Post Code Recognition software with responses being sent using Standard Templates generated via e-mail or printer.

Reporting

A comprehensive range of standard reports and enquiries are available to interrogate the database in a variety of ways. The report writer provides users with the ability to generate their own reports as required.

  • Compile contact/customer/market information.
  • Spot trends in your contact/customer portfolio.
  • Deliver a full suite of management reports in personalised formats. E.g. MS Office, Lotus, e-mail, web.

Integration

Seamlessly integrate to other back-office applications. E.g. MFG/PRO, Oracle, Keyfile.

Quality Systems

Provide constant feedback of recorded contact based quality issues.

Alerts

Offer dynamic early warning systems.

  • Provide Major Incident Groups (M.I.G) with the time they need to react.
  • Be proactive in responding to clients.

Assimilation
