Open Logistix operate a dedicated support operation, on a separate support number for all customers between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm. The support team receive a formal hand-over for each customer, together with any specific training required for specific extras delivered. A sophisticated call logging system is used to accurately record all communication with a customer, and full tracking and escalation facilities are available, ensuring all calls are efficiently handled through to completion and close. |
